Charge codes are updated quarterly. The Excel spreadsheet is for information only and all additions/modifications will be included in the new charge code manual published yearly by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Legislative Summary (2006)
The is a summary of bills passed this legislative session which are pertinent to
prosecutors. Please distribute this summary as you deem appropriate. Please note that these are
summaries only. If questions arise, the actual wording of the bills should be referenced. Bills can
be accessed at www.house.mo.gov/jointsearch/. The MOPS office will also provide bills upon
request. In general, the provisions described herein will take effect on August 28, 2006. Provisions
which will take effect immediately upon signing by the governor due to an emergency clause are
noted.
